Binondo, home of the Manila Chinatown, is situated across the Pasig River from Intramuros. It prides itself as the first business and finance hub in the country even before the Spaniards came and until now, commercial activities are prevalent.

Binondo/Chinatown still continues to surprise everyone who pays a visit with the many things this quaint district can offer and on display are the best photographs taken during the Binondo photo trip organized by The Alcove Perspective/Filipinas Heritage Library on August 23.
