FHL conducts another batch of photography workshop
The FHL conducted another Digital 101: Photography and the Computer workshop, which gave participants practical know-how on the aesthetic and technical aspects of digital photography, from composition to lighting. Using various imaging software, the participants were given the chance to practice basic image enhancement techniques. Photographer Jay Alonzo facilitated the series of workshops, which culminated on June 26.
On June 30, the FHL also conducted another “Primer on Lighting” class. The participants were taught the fundamentals of photographic lighting. Using an actual lighting set up, participants had the chance to familiarize themselves with the different tools used in the studio and on location shoots. They were also given tips on how to determine lighting conditions for best exposure.
