Getting to the Ayala Museum
By private car

The drop-off point is at Ayala Museum, Makati Avenue corner Dela Rosa Street. Paid parking is available inside Greenbelt.

 

By public transportation

Take the MRT and get off at Ayala Station. It’s a 15-minute walk passing through SM Makati, Glorietta, and Landmark. After crossing Makati Avenue past Landmark, turn right until you reach the driveway of Ayala Museum.

If you ride the bus to Makati CBD, get off at Ayala Avenue bus stop and walk for 10 minutes to the museum following the signs leading to Greenbelt and Landmark.

Safety Standards

The building has undergone cleaning and inspection to uphold the highest standards of safety in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Security Protocols

The following items are prohibited inside the building:

  • Any deadly weapons
  • Explosive and incendiary devices
  • Cigarettes, vapes, and lighters
  • Illegal drugs, substances, and narcotics
  • Flammable materials
  • Alcoholic beverages
Entering the Building
  • The main entrance is along Makati Avenue.
  • Present your digital receipt to the security personnel or mention that you are visiting the library.
Inside the Ayala Museum lobby

Approach the museum personnel who will guide you to the way to the library.

Oversized bags and luggage, food and drinks, cigarettes and vapes must be deposited at the Museum’s baggage counter. Bags/belongings brought to the library will be subject to security check upon exit.

If you have time to spare before or after your library visit, you may:

  • Enjoy the interactive Digital Gallery to explore objects from the museum and library collections and engage with tactile conversations with art and history.
  • Drop by the Museum Shop. You may also check out the online store to order your souvenirs and gifts in advance and pick them up upon arrival.

To proceed to the library, follow the signs leading to the Filipinas Heritage Library and ask the assistance of security personnel for access to the elevator going to the 6th floor.

A valid ID is required upon registration.
