| General Note |
- General note - Another photo of the church and its reconstructed belltower of three stages. Guimbal started as an annex of Oton and then Tigbauan; had its own priest in 1590; was transferred to the diocese in 1618 and reverted to the Augustinians after two years. Several years later, it was united to Miagao. Its church builder, Fr. Juan Campos, served as parish priest thrice, in 1760, 1769 and 1774; and died there in January 1801.
