| Title Statement |
- Title - The Philippine terno, circa 1910
|
| General Note |
- General note - Photo shows a young lady in a terno cut according to the silhouette fashionable from about 1910 to 1915. The sleeves are still triangular in shape while the panuelo looks like a separate accessory of the upper garment. Slimmer and more graceful, the serpentina skirt flares towards the bottom because of its stiff abaca lining.
