- General note - Shown is a tobacco-puffing Manila milkman in Ilocos cotton shirt with sleeves folded up to the elbows. The trousers that are held at the waist by drawstrings are likewise folded up to just above the knees. He wears a round hat of pine rattan coiled around a split bamboo frame and carries his ware by balancing them on both ends of a pole on his shoulder.
