| Title Statement |
- Title - Bisayan tube skirt, 1910
|
| General Note |
- General note - Photo shows a mother and her daughter in baro and patadyong. The upper garment was basically the same piece worn by the Visayan women at the coming of thte Spaniards except that its sleeves were longer and wider and its neckline, higher. The tube-like skirt made from sturdy abaca cloth which was sold cheap at the turn of the century was everyday-wear for Visayan women.
