  • General note - The secretary of interior, in Ifugao country. In 1910, Worcester won a libel suit against El Renacimiento. In an editorial titled Aves de RapiƱa, the newspaper alluded to government officials who used their position to obtain access to the natural resources of the country, including the Benguet gold mines.
