| Notes |
- Notes - The vigorous construction of the infrastructural needs of the mountain city plus the building of government offices, a slaughter house and an ice plant encouraged private entities to put up residences between 1910 and 1913. The sale of private lots became brisk and contributed to the funding of further roadwork. Every summer of each year, particularly during the term of Governors Forbes and Harrison, most government transactions were done in Baguio.
- Notes - Colorized version by Ivan Angkaw Bilugan for the exhibition "Color in History: FHL Now 20" (2016) available
