| General Note |
- General note - Repeated setbacks in the construction of the Kennon Road caused the American authorities to take renewed interests in the Naguilian trail. The wagon trail was converted into a road along which supplies could be brought to the province. The road was opened in October 1911 and the first automobile drove on it in November that same year.
