- General note - The port of Binoni in the municipality of Mahinog, Camiguin is a lacustrine settlement with steep hills forming a green backdrop to its artificial lagoon. Landlocking the man-made lake from the bay is an eight-meter-wide causeway which runs some 350 meters long. Inter-island vessels from Bohol, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and other neighboring towns and provinces stop to bring in food and goods for the people of Camiguin.
