- General note - Photo shows a bird''s eye-view of Binondo, between Calle Rosario and Plaza Goiti. The bridge on right, Jones was built on the same spot where Puente de EspaƱa used to be. It was called Rosario Bridge before it was renamed in honor of Congressman William Jones, author of the Jones Bill. The bridge on the left which connects Plaza Goiti with Plaza Lawton was begun by the American military in 1901. c. 1930
