- General note - Photo shows commuters waiting for the street cars that would take them to their destinations. The tranvia, then already powered by electricity, was the most convenient means of transportation to various points in Manila. Tranvia routes covered streets like Rosario, Avenida Rizal, Azcariaga, Escolta, Blumentritt among others. Plaza Goiti was considered the nucleus of the network, c. 1915.
