| General Note |
- General note - Sunset along the western shores of Marinduque is marked by small bancas - each measuring about 9 meters long, 1 meter wide and 1/2 meter deep-leaving offshore in search for schools of fish gathered by the pasilongan. The pasilongan is a floating fish bait consisting of a network of coconut palm leaves submerged under the sea for some time to attract fish to feed around the vicinity, thereby attracting a school of fish to gather.
