General Note
  • General note - The coastal town of Gasan is located on a slight bluff some 20 to 50 feet high and about 2 miles southeast of Obung Point. Immediately at the back is a hill where the ruins of its first stone church built in the 18th century may be found. Gasan has a land area of 11,500 hectares, most of which are planted to coconut. Copra is its chief product. To this municipality belong the Tres Reyes islands.
