- General note - Shown are typical grass houses, vegetable patches and narrow mountain trails in the Cordilleras. In 1908, the Philippine Constabulary reorganized the entire Cordillera Central by creating Mountain Province with Benguet, Amburayan, Lepanto, Bon-toc, Kalinga, Apayao and Ifugao as its sub provinces, each subprovince having its own lieutenant-governor, c. 1900-1910.
