- General note - The fishermen return to Estancia to sell their catch as early as 7 o''clock in the morning (it takes at least 2 hours to cover the distance from the outer Visayan Sea to Estancia). Photo shows the townspeople huddling around the newly arrived fishermen, viewing or buying their catch. Although the Visayan Sea is exposed during the northeast monsoon, fishing activities are carried on throughout the year for the numerous tiny islands off shore provide shelter during bad weather.
