- Original Caption - Moro market and fort. Tamuntaca, Mindanao. This is one of the largest and most important Moro markets on the Rio Grande de Mindanao. The fort across the river was built by the Spaniards for the purpose of watching over the crowds that gather here on market days. The Americnan also keep a small garrison as a matter of precaution.
