| General Note |
- General note - Built during the 1880''s, it was occupied by guerrilla forces during the World War II and named Camp Luna. Early in the morning of April 29, 1902, Parang town was subjected to naval bombardments. Filipino engineers under Lt. Manuel Mandac immediately went to work demolishing all installations in the camp. The demolition was so thorough and quick that soon Parang was enveloped in flames. The wharves and gasoline dumps in Parang went up in smoke and the enemy was unable to land. This fort is now open to the public.
