General Note
  • General note - San Pablo City has no less than 7 lakes within its 21,404-hectare area. Sampalok lake is the largest. Some 5 kilometers from downtown San Pablo, or a kilometer from the city hall, it has the elements of an excellent landscaping: a tranquil body of water just large enough to be seen at a glance; a sloping terrain bordering it; and various ornamental and fruit-bearing trees growing naturally in asymmetrical fashion. In addition, Mounts San Cristobal and Banahaw provide an interesting backdrop.
