- Notes - Built in the early 1900s by Margarito Redoña, this two-storey dwelling along Claudio Street housed President Sergio Osmeña and his cabinet shortly after his return from exile in the United States in 1944. When Tacloban was the seat of government of the Philippines under Sergio Osmeña upon his return from exile in the United States on October 20, 1944, the president and his cabinet lived in this residence of the Margarito Redoña family on T. Claudio Street. A two-storey affair of wood, it was built in the early 1900''s. It is presently admisnitered by Fiscal Zoila Redoña, daughter of the original owner.
