| General Note |
- General note - Photo of the marker erected in honor of probably the most heroic and bloodiest resistance put up by local troops against the Americans in the town of Jagna in barrio Lonoy. Some 10-15 km. from the main highway, the guerrillas dug trenches for an ambuscade. Greatly out-numbered and armed only with bolos and spears, they were massacred instead. The Lonoy massacre took place on Easter Sunday, April 7, 1901.
