| General Note |
- General note - Erected on December 15, 1925 at the cost of P8,630, the Rizal monument of Baliwag was sculptured by a town artist, Roman V. Carreon. The Rizal statue stands on a monolith while that of a woman holding a lyre in one arm kisses him on the forehead. Mother Philippines, waving the national flag, is flanked by two women, one symbolizing love, the other, knowledge. A Katipunero stands on each of the two sides. The monument fronts the 18th century church-convent complex of Saint Augustine and is part of the province's most beautifully laid-out glorieta.
