- General note - Photo shows a section of the Perez Park with a monument dedicated to folk industry. The two0hectare lot was donated by ex-Governor Filemon Perez during his incumbency as governor of Tayabas province. Beautification of the park was spearheaded by Anacleto Alcala, present governor of Quezon province. A multi-colored jet fountain was constructed to the right of the monument in photo.
