| General Note |
- General note - In June 1942, Captain Alejo S. Santos established the Philippine Legion "to organize small combat units and intelligence nets, to gather information about military installations as well as political and economic activities sponsored by the Japanese, to sabotage enemy industries, to eliminate undesirable weaklings who in their narrow-mindedness had subscribed to the 'magnanimity and benevolence' of the Japanese Administration." It was consolidated with the other guerilla units to form the Bulacan Military District by virtue of Special Order No. I dated September 14, 1943 and issued by Major Edward P. Ramsey.
