| Notes |
- Notes - Princeps Demoleuus. Popularly considered non-Philippine among the Papilio group.
Seitz in "Indo-Australian Butterfies" mentioned that this species was presumably recordedfrom the Philippines in 1878. ( The speies was accientally misplaced and mixed with Semper's Indonesian butterfly collection). On the other hand, Takashi Shirozu in the "Butterf;ies of Formosa" stated that this does not occur here. In late Nov. 1967 a specimen was caught and now is considered one of pests causing great damage to our citrus plantations.
Taken at the Lepidoptera Museum Exhibit, 1969-1970.
