| Notes |
- Notes - A small evergreen tree, about 4-6 feet high, with deep tap root and numerous secondary roots. The leaves darken and harden into a parchment-like texture as they grow. Flowering and bearing of fruits usually start after 3 to 5 ears. Flowers are borne in clusters in the axil of the leaves, on open shoots and on branches and trunks. They grow at altitudes 30 meters above sea level and need to be partially shaded.
