| Notes |
- Notes - Yellow long nose. A fish with fine, slender teeth set in rows, like the bristles of a brush. The body is compressed, and the long snout allows it to probe into holes and crevices in coral reefs and pick at bits of food that other fish cannot reach. They can apparently be upside down as right side up and frequently are found fluttering and inverted on the roof of a cave looking for food. Some of tem in small groups or larger schools, but still others like the company of a single member of its own species.
Scientific name: Forcipiger longirostris
