Notes	Notes - Scientific name: Giraffa Cameliopardalis. The tallest among mammals, reaching to about 19 feet high, with very long neck, legs and tongue which is about 18 inches long. Shown in photo are two giraffes (giraffa cameliopardalis tipperlskirchi) on the left, with dark brown irregular and flower like patterns on the body; at right the reticulated giraffe(giraffa reticulata) with deep liver-red regular patterns, said to be the handsomest of the species.
