| Notes |
- Notes - Child betrothal is the (custom) law among Bagobos. To finalize it , the groom has to feed the bride and vice versa before relatives and guests. The pair are then considered husband and wife. After visiting his parents to "deliver his soul" at his parental residence, he comes back to live with his wife in the household of his in-laws. Thus the Bagobo house may have two or more families living under the same roof. These people practice divorce and polygamy.
