- Notes - The Bagobo woman wears a high-necked jacket (loku) with sleeves covering the elbows, and a skirt (tawis) fastened to the waist by a wide beaded belt (bakus). Both are woven from abaca fiber (dagmay) and embroidered with colorful beads and shell disks. Both men and women use a beaded tasseled bag, sometimes decorated with tiny brass bells, to keep betelnut or tobacco leaves.
