  • General note - Shown are post office workers sorting out letters. The Manila Post Office was built in 1926 and was designed by Juan M. Arellano. It is located on the south bank of the Pasig River, between the Jones and MacArthur bridges. The original structure was destroyed during the Liberation in 1945 but it was reconstructed on the same site using war damage money.
