- Title - Public-school building
|
| Notes |
- Notes - A public school building made of nipa and bamboo, hewed closely to the bahay kubo. The hip roof and the windows that were pushed out and supported with bamboo poles resting on window sills are elements of the bahay-kubo architecture. Structure such as this were built by towns folks bayanihan-style all over the country as soon as the American maestra got the cooperation of the local leaders, c. 1910.
