Built in 1861, Puerta Isabel II was an addition to the seven original gates of Intramuros: The Almacenes, Sto. Domingo, Puerta Real, Parian, Sta. Lucia and the Postigo. It is situated almost directly outside of Letran College, in the wall facing the river.
