General Note |
- General note - "This song was inspired by a Visayan folk tune. One day, when the composer passed by an auto repair shop, he heard the mechanic humming a song while repairing a car. He approached the mechanic and asked what song he was humming, and learned that it was a Visayan folk song. He was so inclined of using folk themes in his compositions and the song inspired him to write ‘Irog, ako ay Mahalin.'"
