| General Note |
- General note - Known as the Patroness of Bicolandia (the Bicol region), the feast of Our Lady of Penafrancia is celebrated every third Saturday of September. Multitudes of people from far and near flock to Naga City to join in the festivities marked by a fluvial procession of the image of Our Lady. Also part of the revelry is a morning parade participated in by schoolchildren (as shown in the photo), public officials and the womenfolk of the city and neighboring towns.
