General Note
  • General note - Our Lady of Solitude is the patroness of Porta Vaga, Cavite. According to tradition, the picture of the Virgin was found floating in the sea, surrounded by strange lights. Since then, it was believed that the Virgin bestows her guidance upon sea travellers. Her feast is observed on the first and second Sundays of November.
