- General note - Devotees carry a picture of the Divino Rostro or the Our Lady of Sorrows holding a cloth with the face of Christ imprinted on it. In 1882, after Luzon was stricken with a cholera epidemic, Bishop Casimiro Herrero, O.S.A. ordered that the picture be enshrined at the Naga Cathedral.
