| General Note |
- General note - Photo shows the concrete church of Calape, constructed in 1933. It replaced the original structure made of tabique (woven wooden slats covered with plaster), which was built by the Recollects in 1802. The church is said to be the epitome of Bohol Gothic, complete with spires, crockets, pointed arches, pierced tracery windows and crowning pinnacles.
