- General note - Another photo of the brick church erected in 1842. Camaligan was named after the term "camalig" or "quinamaligan", which means "storehouse". According to folk beliefs, a big storehouse was once built in this town by the Spaniards to store the stockpile of lumber coming from Canaman for the construction works in Naga. (See CH00321)
