| General Note |
- General note - Seen in photo is the convent of Boljoon, considered the biggest, in terms of floor area, in the entire province. The original tiles, hardwood and adobe used in its construction in the late 18th century are still intact. Boljoon was formerly a visita of Carcar until it was made an independent vicariate in 1690, placed under the patronage of the Nuesta Señora del Patrocinio. (Source: Angels in Stone, Fr.
