  • General note - Church has a lined façade flanked by twin belltowers featuring double pediments. Gothic in architecture, construction dates back to 1845. Tradition says there was an inland lake in this town, where ebbs and tides coincide with those of the sea. In time the community was called "Liloan," meaning town with a whirlpool. YYY
