| General Note |
- General note - The first church of Oslob town was located here. The ruins of the old walls still serve their original purpose. It was then called Boloc-boloc because of the natural springs near the seashore which supplied the people with fresh water. The parish and government were transferred to its present location upon the recommendation of its parish priest, Rev. Juan J. Aragoneo, a Spaniard. YYY
