- General note - The facade of the church in San Pablo, which was reconstructed by Fr. Juan Coronel and Fr. Nicomedes Rosal after it was damaged in 1945. The original church was built by the Augustinians shortly after their arrival in Laguna in 1596. The Franciscans took over the administration of the parish in 1694, and in 1796 enclosed the church and convent within thick walls. YYY
