| General Note |
- General note - Restored facade features blind Gothic arches over its second story windows. Formerly called Pindagan, San Fernando, La Union, was created as a parish on May 6, 1786. The first resident parish priest, the Fray Juan Sorolla, constructed the church of stone and brick. The 1892 earthquake damaged the church and Liberation ruined it. Under Msgr. Cipriano Sipin, the facade was repainted and a new tower built. (See CH00724)
