- Title - Santo Domingo Church
|
| Notes |
- Notes - A photo of the church built after the earthquake of June 3, 1863. This Gothic church houses the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rosary, where a statue of Our Lady is enshrined. According to tradition, the miraculous image saved the Philippines from Dutch invasion in 1646. Hence, it is also known as Our Lady of La Naval, honored yearly in a procession held every second Sunday of October. (Source: Churches in Old Manila, O''Reilly, 1940).
