| General Note |
- General note - Main altar made of marble with the image of the patron saint at the center, flanked by the statues of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and Our Lady of Lourdes. The parishioners, on August 28, 1780, chose St. Augustine as their patron for he is known as the exterminator of locusts which destroyed the crop of Misamis at that time. Somewhere behind the main altar lie the remains of Fr. Ramon Zueco, the parish priest who had probably done most in improving and beautifying the church. He died on November 10, 1889.
