- General note - Bayambang was accepted as one of the vicariates of the Dominican Order in 1619 and was placed under the patronage of Saint Vincent Ferrer. The construction of the church was undertaken by Fr. Manuel Sucias, parish priest from 1813 to 1824. The niches on the pediment contained images of saints before the Second World War.
