| General Note |
- General note - A photoengraving of the facade and bell tower of the church of the Epiphany of Our Lord. The Dominican Provincial Chapter accepted Lingayen as a house of the Order in 1614. The exceptional architectural plan of the church earned its distinction as one of best edifices in the province. On May 19, 1928, it was elevated to the dignity of a cathedral and was given the name Lingayen-Dagupan Co-Cathedral.
