| General Note |
- General note - Photoengraving of church built in 1580 by the Franciscans. Tayabas was the old capital of Tayabas, now Quezon, province. This building was constructed of lime mortar stone masonry with a galvanized-iron roof. The walls average 8 feet in thickness. From the top of the façade a beautiful view is obtained of the surrounding country, revealing thousands of coconut trees. In the distance, the blue waters of Pagbilao Bay, dotted with islands, can be seen, and far away the mountains of Marinduque stand out. YYY
